Founded in 2020 in Berlin, Connecticut, N & H Woodmilling began as a small hobby during the COVID pandemic with nothing more than a chainsaw mill and a passion for woodworking. What started as milling a few local logs quickly grew into a full-service woodmilling operation focused on giving fallen and removed Connecticut trees a second life.

At N & H Woodmilling, we take logs that would otherwise go to waste and transform them into high-quality, usable lumber and live edge slabs. Every piece is carefully sawmilled, kiln dried, and flattened to prepare it for furniture makers, woodworkers, contractors, artists, and DIY projects.

We also offer custom sawmilling, kiln drying, and CNC flattening services for customers who already have their own logs or slabs.
